Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection to customers.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and loves to nurture those around you. You excel at creating productive, engaged teams working together efficiently. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you will inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service expertise, ability to motivate others, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; your drive and personality are more important.
