As a Team Leader, you will coordinate your team of drivers to meet customer and colleague needs, ensuring vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. You will be a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team. You will create a productive, engaged team that works together efficiently. You will inspire your team and take ownership of fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

The role requires customer service skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial but not essential; a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

The branch is located just off the A8 on the outskirts of Leeds, with a large, experienced team and a new management approach.
