Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be. As Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

You’re a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing those around you. You create productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire and take ownership for fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Being a successful Team Leader involves using your customer service skills, motivating others, and maintaining a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but more important is the drive and personality you bring to the role.
