You’re a people person and, whilst setting high expectations, you love to nurture those around you. You have a talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you inspire and take ownership for fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers, just when needed.

Being a successful Team Leader involves using your customer service skills, talent for motivating others, and a ‘can-do’ attitude to align your team. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; more important is your drive and personality.
