As a Team Leader, you will coordinate your team of drivers to meet customer and branch needs, ensuring vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. You will be a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team. You will create productive, engaged teams working together efficiently. You will inspire your team and manage fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

The role requires customer service skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is helpful but not essential; a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

Our Leeds branch is conveniently located near the A8, with a large, experienced team and a new management team ready for a fresh approach.
