Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, overseeing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team to work together effectively. You will inspire your team of Customer Delivery Agents and manage fleet allocation to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

Success in this role relies on customer service skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for a fresh approach under new management.
