Life as a Team Leader at Auxillis

Auxillis branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are integral to the branch management team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection to customers.

You’re a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures those around you. You excel at creating productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. With your team of Service Delivery Drivers, you inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach customers at the right time.

Success in this role relies on your customer service expertise, motivation skills, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is beneficial, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but personality and drive are most important.

Set in the peaceful countryside, this location offers a refreshing change of pace. While within a 5-10 minute drive to Jeremy’s service station with Greggs, the team here has built a strong reputation through hard work and collaboration.
