Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Catering Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Fareham. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food service and kitchen operations, who thrives in a night-time working environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the safe reheating of food, performing light cooking duties, maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring efficient food service during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Service: Reheat pre-prepared meals, carry out light cooking duties, serve food timely, ensure portion control and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, sanitise surfaces, wash equipment, dispose of waste, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
