Logistics Supervisor – Stoke-on-Trent - Construction Experience Essential - Long Term Work

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for a long term position in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be working on a prestigious new build project as part of a large and experienced site team. This role is to start imminently and will be for a period of 12 months.It is essential to have worked in the construction industry for this role.

You will be reporting to our Logistics Manager on site.

Duties;

• Managing a team of operatives on site including Hoists, Traffic Marshall’s, FLD’s and a team of site labourers.
• Oversee the site traffic management plan
• Ensure an organised delivery schedule
• Overseeing the Crane team and lifting operations
• Inductions of site operatives and subcontractors
• Attending progress meetings
• Day to day management of operatives on site

Experience;

• Experience on high value new build projects
• Large value project experience would be beneficial.
• SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
