Who we are looking for:

Logistics Team Leader responsible for Unitstrut and Flexicon pick, pack, and dispatch. Support inventory accuracy, warehouse housekeeping, process improvement, and customer complaints.

What you’ll do:

  1. Supervise the team to promote best practices and ensure reliable production.
  2. Lead and set operational standards, taking full accountability for performance.
  3. Develop and implement best practices and new processes for improved performance.
  4. Achieve departmental and site KPI’s and SDP’s performance criteria.
  5. Monitor employee attendance, lateness, and conduct return-to-work interviews per company policies, including disciplinary actions if necessary.
  6. Represent the area and company during internal meetings, contributing to company development.
  7. Supervise pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
  8. Distribute workload according to plan adherence.
  9. Identify training needs and support training activities, maintaining records.
  10. Follow company escalation procedures.
  11. Implement lean tools and techniques to improve processes.
  12. Support logistics team leaders during absences with daily activities.
  13. Lead team stand-downs.
  14. Report on performance to the Logistics Supervisor.
  15. Implement new processes to reduce customer complaints.
  16. Adhere to and promote company core values and mission.
  17. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to hazard spotting and risk assessments.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Salary depends on experience.
