Who we are looking for:

Logistics Team Leader responsible for Unitstrut and Flexicon pick, pack, and dispatch. Support with inventory accuracy, warehouse housekeeping, process improvement, and customer complaints.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise the team to promote best practice and ensure reliable production.
• Lead and set standards, taking full accountability for your area.
• Develop and implement best practices and new processes for improved performance.
• Achieve performance criteria aligned with departmental and site KPIs and SDP’s.
• Monitor employee attendance, lateness, and conduct return-to-work interviews in line with company policies, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Represent your area and the company in internal meetings, contributing to development.
• Supervise pick, pack, and dispatch activities.
• Distribute workload according to plan adherence.
• Identify training needs and ensure effective delivery and record-keeping of training activities.
• Follow company escalation procedures.
• Implement lean tools and techniques.
• Support other Logistics Team Leaders when needed.
• Lead stand-down meetings.
• Report on performance to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Implement processes to reduce customer complaints.
• Promote company core values and align team efforts with the company mission.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, hazard spotting, and risk assessments.
