Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dependable Logistics Supervisor to join our Logistics and Operations team in Corby, UK. You will lead local fleet operations, supervise drivers, optimize routes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving cost efficiency.

This role offers strong growth, vendor collaboration, and a culture focused on reliability and client trust. You'll mentor dispatch staff, manage performance metrics, and partner with internal teams to keep the logistics chain moving

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and transport safety regulations.
• Proven ability in team leadership and vendor management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Very good level of English proficiency.
