Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a skilled Multimodal Freight Forwarder for Road and Sea Freight based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The role covers end-to-end shipments and customer liaison across road and sea modes, with a focus on accurate bookings and proactive communication.

You will manage bookings from start to finish, update customers on progress, and handle customs declarations. A solid background in import/export and full operations knowledge is essential for success in this role.

• Previous experience working on Road and Sea Freight Shipments.
• Knowledge of complete operations process from start to finish including customs.

• Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
• Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
• Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
• Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
• Completion of Customs declarations - Import/ Export
