Job summary

The Pallet Network, part of Culina Group, is hiring a Site Administrator in Swadlincote for a full-time role. You will provide comprehensive admin support to the Network Development, Commercial Division and Marketing teams, and contribute to small projects to support the business.

Working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £29,246 per year. You will manage orders, invoices and KPI reporting, support partner onboarding, and assist with marketing activities while maintaining

• Proven experience providing administrative support to management and teams.
• Ability to produce accurate documents, data and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Network Development, Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Produce documents, data, and reports and KPIs for partner contracts and recruitment packs.
• Onboard new partners and corporate customers; manage documentation and onboarding activities.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and finance administration.
• Produce KPI reporting for Partners, Customers and activity.
