DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our depot management team. You will oversee the smooth running of the operation and help the depot achieve outstanding service while meeting cost, Health & Safety, security, productivity and transport targets.

You will also be accountable for recruitment, development and retention of staff, managing P&L, and driving improvements with innovative working methods. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution industries.
• Ability to run a fast-paced operation with high-performing teams.
• Experience monitoring performance and using data to drive improvements.
• Outstanding communication skills to influence strategy.
• Demonstrate DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring and Accountability.
• Depots operate 365 days a year; you will cover 5 shifts including weekends.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
