Job summary

Flourish in partnership with a global logistics leader is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive in Crawley (field-based). You will join a 360 sales role with full training, engaging SME clients, and learning the sales cycle from outreach to close.

No prior logistics or sales experience required; a driving licence is essential. Competitive base salary (£30k-£35k) plus uncapped OTE (£35k-£45k) with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with SME businesses within your designated territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to help businesses improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Demonstrate and sell a market-leading digital logistics platform.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.
