Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Logistics Planning Lead to manage finished and dry goods inventory across on-site and external storage. You will oversee DRP, KPI reporting, and cost-to-serve modelling to support budgeting and decision-making.

The role requires experience in FMCG and 3PL coordination, with a focus on data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. Hybrid work policy and permanent contract offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in DRP, inventory planning, supply chain coordination or similar.
• Experience with 3PLs and external supply chain partners.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, beverage or similar industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to analyse information and support data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for on-site and external inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Forecast off-site storage needs and manage warehouse capacity.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions within the planning horizon.
• Coordinate cycle counting, stock reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor aged finished goods and reduce write-offs through proactive actions.
• DRP across a rolling 13-week horizon and plan transport capacity.
• Model distribution cost-to-serve for budgeting and scenario planning.
• Translate demand into inventory and distribution requirements.
• Provide regular planning updates to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate stock transfers with 3PL partners and production teams.
• Support readiness for product launches and packaging changes.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to illustrate performance and risks.
• Maintain master data integrity for materials and planning parameters.
