Job summary

DASH Water is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to ensure finished goods availability across market warehouses and manage production, procurement and inventory plans. You will balance stock, lead times and obsolescence while coordinating with finance, production and logistics to align with business goals.

This hybrid role requires experience in FMCG planning, collaboration with co-manufacturers, and a focus on sustainable supply chain decisions including KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage FMCG supply planning.
• Forecasting and procurement for raw materials and co-manufacturing.
• Managing 3PL/logistics providers and DRP across multiple warehouses.
• Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency for forecasting and reporting.
• Understanding whole supply chain impact on inventory and financials.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Experience with stock and accounting systems such as Unleashed and Xero.
• Interest in sustainability within FMCG and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Convert demand forecasts into production, procurement and inventory plans.
• Balance inventory levels, OTIF, costs and obsolescence.
• Lead coordination with co-manufacturer and export/international markets.
• Manage 12-month production plan and DRP across the network.
• Provide clear reports and KPI dashboards to stakeholders.
• Support new product launches with material-readiness timelines.
