About the role We are currently hiring a Logistics Planning Lead to be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of finished goods and dry goods inventory across on-site and external storage locations. The role oversees inventory control, distribution requirements planning, and logistics coordination to ensure the right stock is available in the right place at the right time. You will support operational performance through effective planning, KPI reporting, data-informed decision-making, cost efficiency and continuous improvement across inventory and distribution processes.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), inventory planning, supply chain coordination or similar operational planning environments.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and external supply chain partners.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, beverage, spirits or similar operational industries.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and external partners.
Ability to analyse information, identify risks and support data-informed decision-making.
