Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood, UK, offers a 12-month Logistics Planning placement starting July 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project leadership, CAD-based layout design, and process improvements within a world-class automotive environment.

You will work with logistics, assembly teams, and suppliers to support model launches, while developing business cases and presenting proposals in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI and CAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within logistics planning and layout development.
• Use CAD to 3D design layouts and structures.
• Identify process improvements and build business cases for investments.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to launch new models.
• Present ideas in meetings and develop on feedback.
• Manage external contractors as part of project delivery.
• Support future logistics strategic development and opportunities.
• Handle daily tasks and ongoing projects with clear communication.
