Job summary

Rolls-Royce offers a 12-month internship designed to give you real insight into our global business. You’ll rotate across Aerospace, Defence, Group IT, or other divisions, working on meaningful projects and learning from experienced colleagues to build skills that make a real impact.

You’ll gain on-the-job training and digital learning, with opportunities to pursue roles within the business after graduation or on future programmes launching in 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student with at least one year left in degree.
• Open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile; enjoys problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be placed in Rolls-Royce business areas (Aerospace, Defence, IT, etc.) and may work on contracts, commercial support, or procurement.
• Assist in tackling challenges across HR, IT, strategy, and operations with guidance from mentors.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and gain on-the-job training and digital learning to develop new skills.
