Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, United Kingdom, is inviting applications for an Interior Trim Project Planning Graduate as part of a two-year graduate programme starting September 2027. Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in bachelor’s degree or Master’s in engineering/manufacturing field preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in Luxury and Automotive industries.
• UK Driving Licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new products, features and changes including costs, headcount and space.
• Assess manufacturability of New Product concepts focusing on cost, quality and throughput.
• Plan process, costs and timing for CAD release to define manufacturing methods.
• Ensure legal requirements are met and manage process documents (APQP, FMEAs, Flow charts, BOMs).
• Detail equipment specifications, issue purchase orders and coordinate installation and commissioning of new machines.
