Job summary

Rolls-Royce is offering a year-long Undergraduate Internship across multiple sites including Derby, Bristol, London and East Grinstead. You will join a business area such as Aerospace or Group IT, work on meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience in a global engineering leader.

You'll rotate through teams, receive digital learning and on-the-job training, and be supported by experienced mentors. This is a fantastic entry point into Rolls-Royce with potential pathway to future roles.

Qualifications

• A current university student, with at least one year left in your degree.
• You’ll be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – teamwork oriented.
• Willing to travel between locations and flexible with scheme requirements.
• Hybrid working with on-site presence across sites (3 days on site).

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Rolls-Royce business areas, including Aerospace, Defence, IT, or Procurement.
• Assist commercial teams and support contract activities at a global level.
• Help purchase parts for engines, buildings or IT systems as needed.
• Develop skills through digital learning and on-the-job training.
