Job summary
GXO Logistics in Bradford is seeking a Process Engineer to validate productivity assumptions and drive operational efficiency across Retail and Ecommerce operations. You will work with Operations, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure accurate, sustainable productivity measures and support budget planning.
This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 with some flexibility, offering a range of benefits and the opportunity to influence business performance and future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial engineering and work study in logistics or manufacturing.
- Lean tools and continuous improvement methods applied in operations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build productivity models.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies and productivity assessments across activities to support budgeting and planning.
- Review, validate and update productivity assumptions based on performance.
- Analyze changes to determine impact on productivity, cost KPIs and service.
- Support Continuous Improvement projects by validating enhancements and time savings.
- Identify waste and propose solutions to improve performance and customer outcomes.
