Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Planning Optimisation Manager for the BAE Systems site in Blackburn to influence planning decisions across demand, supply and forward planning. The role is based on site with a Monday–Friday schedule and an 18-month FTC, offering a salary up to £75,000 plus a car/allowance and pension benefits.

• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing or other complex operational environments is advantageous but not required.
• Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement qualifications are expected or desirable.
