Job summary

L’Oréal is recruiting a Logistics Organisation Team Manager to lead Stock Control and Stock Synchro at Trafford Park, Manchester. You will drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy and continuous improvement while leading a capable team.

Reporting to the Logistics Organisation & Quality Manager, you will oversee KPIs, data integrity, health & safety and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing warehouse/Logistics teams.
• Strong IT skills with WMS/SAP experience essential.
• Proven track record of driving productivity improvements in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Stock Control and Stock Synchro teams.
• Track KPIs, drive training and upskilling plans to meet targets.
• Analyse daily activity patterns to improve accuracy, efficiency and quality.
• Manage local Masterdata to prevent process constraints and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate stock aging, destruction processes and stock flow in DC.
• Ensure Health & Safety and act as a change agent for productivity initiatives.
