L'Oréal is seeking a Flows Team Manager at Trafford DC to lead operational execution, drive immediate problem resolution, and manage the workforce across three shifts.

You will champion site safety, oversee inbound/outbound flows, and partner with planning, stock control and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.

You’ll develop your shifts, drive continuous improvement, and embody a culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound operations across shifts to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure site safety, carrier interactions and people management.
• Resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Coach and develop shift teams across AM/PM/NS.
