Job summary

L’Oréal, the world leader in beauty, is hiring a Logistics Organisation Team Manager at Trafford Park. You will lead the Stock Control and Stock Synchro teams to achieve operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement, while embedding L’Oréal’s core competencies.

Responsibilities include leading teams, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise stock flow and service levels within the Logistics Organisation & Quality Management scope.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and IT skills with Manhattan WMS & SAP NEO experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of stock control and stock synchro teams.
• Track KPIs to ensure targets are met and develop training plans.
• Analyse daily activity patterns to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage local Masterdata to prevent operational constraints.
• Coordinate stock destruction processes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure safe working environment and implement productivity initiatives.
