Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT and system skills with WMS/SAP proficiency.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost/efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities, track KPIs and develop training plans.
• Analyse data to improve accuracy, efficiency and quality.
• Manage stock control and stock synchro with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor stock aging and coordinate stock destruction as needed.
• Ensure safe working practices and uphold health, safety standards.
