GS Yuasa Battery Sales UK Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to support the GYEUR Supply Chain team. The role involves receiving sales orders, placing purchase orders, and coordinating with factories and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

The successful candidate will use Dynamics and Excel to manage orders, track status, and assist with reporting. This is a full-time permanent position requiring strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Place orders and check purchase orders using ERP system.
• Confirm proforma invoices match orders and investigate differences.
• Communicate with sales companies and suppliers for orders and shipping schedules.
• Maintain and update the Order Status List.
• Adjust shipping schedules to ensure timely monthly shipments.
• Expedite orders with suppliers and monitor lead-times.
