Natures Way Foods Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative in CHICHESTER with no prior experience required. You will handle orders, pick and pack, load/unload vehicles, and operate pump trucks and forklifts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers a fixed night shift from 7pm to 7am, with a rotating 4-week pattern and every other weekend off. A training investment from day one supports your progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• The ability to safely lift and move goods – this is a physical job.
• Confidence using a pump truck.
• A forklift license is desirable (if not already trained, you will be after your 12 week probation).

Join Natures Way Foods as a Warehouse Operative and help keep our fast-paced operation safe, accurate and efficient. You’ll handle products and orders, maintain quality standards and support your team to meet deadlines.

The hours you’ll work:

You’ll a fixed shift pattern of nights only - 7pm to 7am.

Over a 4-week period, you'll work 14 shifts in total. A typical schedule is:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.
