Job summary

Fresh Direct in Bicester is hiring Warehouse Operatives for multi-temperature storage. Choose between full-time 40 hours with 4 night shifts or 5 night shifts, or part-time 8–30 hours with 1–3 shifts per week. Salary around £32,087 per year, plus great benefits.

You’ll pick, pack, replenish, and help load deliveries, in a team-focused role with health and food-safety standards. Applicants should be comfortable in cold environments and able to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack quality products for customers.
• Replenish stock and load onto lorries.
• Support stock replenishment and order processing.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with health and food safety procedures.

£32,087 per year (FT) £15.43 per hour plus great benefits!

We have full time and part time warehouse operative vacancies. You can select your preference when you apply.

• Full Time (40 hrs pw) : 4 shifts per week starting at 20:00OR 5 shifts per week starting at 22:00
• Part Time (8 up to 30 hrs pw): Working 1,2 or 3 shifts per week either an 8 hour shift (starting at 22:00) or 10 hour shift (starting at 20:00)

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business. Joining a close-knit team in our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety as you get involved in everything from picking and packing quality products for customers, to replenishing stock and loading onto lorries. You’ll also be supported by our friendly admin team, so that every order is processed accurately, swiftly and in line with health and food safety procedures.
