Natures Way Foods Ltd in CHICHESTER or SELSEY is seeking Production Operatives for day, night, or rotational shifts. You will work 14 days across a 28-day period to support our fresh produce production lines and ensure high quality products for retailers.

Starting salary is £24,504 with shift allowances, training from day one, a pension match up to 5%, health plan and other flexible benefits. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.

Overview

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | CHICHESTER OR SELSEY | DAYS ONLY, NIGHTS ONLY OR ROTATIONAL

Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.

Shift pattern

Fixed Days or Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

At some sites, we operate fixed day or fixed night shifts. You will work 14 days across a 28-day period, following this typical pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

Rotational Days and Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

At other sites, shifts rotate between days and nights. You will again work 14 days across a 28-day period, following the same pattern:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

Monday–Thursday Night Shifts (Merston site only)

We also offer a Monday to Thursday night shift pattern at our Merston site.
