Job summary

Nature’s Way Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Line Leader for its fast-paced production team. You will oversee Production Operatives and agency staff, drive performance, and uphold strict safety and quality standards in a busy FMCG environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement, with a 7am–7pm day shift and a 7-on/7-off style within a 14-day cycle. A welcoming, performance-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience, proven machine operation experience and demonstrable leading capability.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and production targets.
• Confidence to coach, motivate, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Production Operatives and agency colleagues, managing labour, materials and equipment effectively
• Maintain Health & Safety, food safety, GMP and customer standards, completing checks and compliance paperwork accurately
• Own line performance by monitoring KPIs and SIC, taking corrective action to reduce waste, giveaway and downtime
• Coach colleagues to achieve right-first-time quality, managing non-conformances and escalating major issues appropriately
• Deliver clear shift handovers, identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead by example

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Line Leader to join our fast-paced Production team. This is a hands-on supervisory role with responsibility for leading your team to deliver safe, high-quality products whilst meeting daily performance targets. The hours you’ll work:

Day Shift Only – Fixed Days (7am-7pm)

You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
