Edwards Employment Solutions Ltd in Bolsover/ Chesterfield area is seeking a Logistics & Import Administrator to manage end-to-end movement of international shipments, ensure import documentation accuracy, and meet customs requirements.

You'll maintain ERP records, monitor orders, generate reports, and coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams to keep the supply chain on track. This full-time, permanent role offers a dynamic, detail-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, import/export administration or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with data, systems and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track international shipments from supplier to warehouse.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor purchase orders and identify potential supply chain delays.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and generate reports.
• Support inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Process and reconcile freight and customs invoices.
