Job summary

Whistl Fulfilment is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and deliver operational projects across our fulfilment network. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams from initial requirements to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines and service expectations are met.

This hands‑on role requires managing multiple projects, mitigating risks, maintaining clear stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in an operational logistics environment.
• Experience working within cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to influence others and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive problem solving.
• Experience with recognised project management methodologies.
• Understanding of IT systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Formal IT training, including Excel and SQL.
• A‑Level education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and operational projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, IT, suppliers and customer teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues where necessary.
• Support system enhancements, new products, and customer change requests.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and increased productivity.
• Oversee testing, implementation activities and business sign‑off processes.
