Job summary

Whistl Fulfilment is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to onboard new business and deliver operational projects across our fulfilment network. You'll coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, managing requirements through to delivery and ensuring objectives, timescales, and service levels are met.

This hands-on role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve or elevate issues where necessary.
• Support system enhancements, new products, and customer change requests.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and increased productivity.
• Oversee testing, implementation activities, and business sign-off processes.

Join Whistl Fulfilment as an Implementation Project Manager and play a key role in onboarding new business and delivering operational projects across our growing fulfilment network.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, timescales, and service expectations are met.

About the RoleAbout the Role

This is a hands-on project management role where you'll coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the link between customers and cross-functional business teams. You'll drive project delivery, manage risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
