Job summary

Whistl Fulfilment is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee customer implementations and associated operational projects. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across operations, IT, and suppliers while travelling across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management role coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience in operational/logistics environments preferred.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive problem solving with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and operational projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, IT, suppliers, and customer teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support system enhancements, new products, and customer change requests.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and productivity gains.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and sign-off processes.
