Job summary

Whistl Fulfilment is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and deliver operational projects across our fulfilment network. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams from initial requirements to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines and service expectations are met.

This hands‑on role requires managing multiple projects, mitigating risks, maintaining clear stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in an operational logistics environment.
• Experience working within cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to influence others and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive problem solving.
• Experience with recognised project management methodologies.
• Understanding of IT systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Formal IT training, including Excel and SQL.
• A‑Level education or equivalent.

You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, timescales, and service expectations are met.

About The RoleAbout The Role

This is a hands‑on project management role where you’ll coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the link between customers and cross‑functional business teams. You’ll drive project delivery, manage risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service performance.
