Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Distribution & Transportation Coordinator to help manage the flow of products through the Fradley Distribution Centre in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate daily warehouse and transport operations, support customer service interfaces, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or transportation operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and transport operations to ensure on-time shipments and meet customer requirements.
• Plan and monitor stock movements, shipments and order schedules, including peak periods and special projects.
• Serve as main contact for Customer Service, Sales and Marketing on logistics, deliveries and shipment tracking.
• Investigate and resolve delivery, transport, claims and returns issues with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock reconciliation and system updates in SAP and WMS.
• Prepare transportation documentation including export and cross-border paperwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
