Job summary

Newell Brands in the UK is seeking a D&T Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of products through our Fradley Distribution Centre. You will coordinate warehouse and transport activities with a small team, support high service levels for customers, and contribute to continuous improvement across the operation.

The role offers development through regular feedback and access to online training courses, with emphasis on stock movements, shipment tracking, and close collaboration with internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or transportation operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and transport operations to ensure products are shipped on time and customer requirements are met.
• Plan and monitor stock movements, shipments, and order schedules, including support for peak periods and special projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing on logistics, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
• Investigate and resolve delivery, transport, claims, and returns issues, working closely with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock reconciliation and system updates in SAP and WMS.
• Prepare transportation documentation, including export and cross-border shipping paperwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
