Job summary

Panda is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn operational data into clear, meaningful insight that supports better decisions across our waste management operations (transportation / logistics). You’ll extract and combine data from internal systems, analyse business performance and present your findings in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.

Previous experience in an analytical or data-focused role.
Experience in Logistics/Transportation is beneficial.
Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

Extract, consolidate and analyse data from internal systems.
Identify trends and performance issues in large datasets.
Translate complex information into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with managers and operational teams to understand reporting needs.
Provide analysis to support operational, financial and strategic decisions.
Combine information from different systems for a complete view of performance.
Respond to ad hoc requests with evidence-based answers.
Highlight areas to improve performance, efficiency or service delivery.
Contribute to developing reporting and analytical capabilities across the department.
