Job summary

WPT Global is seeking a Business Insights & Operations Analyst to support analytics and operational requests across the business. The role blends data work with practical, business-oriented outputs in a hybrid analytics environment.

You will pull, manipulate, and organise data, turning questions into reliable analyses and lightweight dashboards for stakeholders in Product, Acquisition, Promotions and Customer Support. AI tools may be used to boost productivity.

Qualifications

Experience as an analyst, business analyst, operations analyst, or similar role.
Familiarity with poker/online gaming terminology and player behaviour.
Experience with BI/visualisation tools such as Metabase or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Support ad hoc analytical and data requests across the business.
Analyze player behaviour, product performance, campaigns and operational activity.
Evaluate ROI and impact of campaigns and product changes.
Identify trends and produce clear summaries, reports and lightweight dashboards.
Translate stakeholder questions into analyses and use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.
