Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in London is seeking a data-driven EMEA Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support inbound, outbound and reverse logistics for hardware, materials and event assets.

You will own operational data, reporting and continuous improvement while collaborating with carriers, 3PLs and SAP teams to optimise service, cost and sustainability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, reverse logistics or process improvement.
• Proven experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, inventory planning and service operations.
• Experience analysing performance and translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on use of SAP and BI tools (SAP, BW, SAC, Power BI) to analyse and present performance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operational & Reverse Logistics: manage inbound, outbound, and reverse workflows.
• Drive Operational Analytics: collect, clean, validate, and analyse logistics data to spot trends and efficiencies.
• Manage Escalations & Freight Tracking: act as escalation point and track delays and risks.
• Partner on Tech & SAP Enhancements: work with SAP teams to prioritise system improvements.
• Maintain Vendor & Carrier Performance: monitor SLAs and assist with freight audit.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: standardise workflows and contribute to sustainability and cost initiatives.
