Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd in Corby is seeking an Administrative position within the logistics team. The role involves data entry, reporting, KPI monitoring, and supporting the relationship with key clients, with hours 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, with peak-period flexibility.

Required include a minimum of 2 years in logistics admin, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and capability to work with Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' admin experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting CI initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation.
• Able to learn and develop expert WMS knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, data retrieval, database maintenance, and regular operational reports.
• Support the management of Bleckmann–Amazon relationship and partnerships.
• Monitor site KPIs, identify performance issues, escalate breaches.
• Prepare WBR, assist with MBRs and QBRs.
• Manage client expectations and ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with site management to improve stock accuracy and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse management for volume changes and peak periods.
• Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support across the operation and take on additional duties.
