Blue Arrow Logistics and a partner manufacturing company are recruiting a Logistics Technology & Systems Analyst to join their team near Derby. This full-time, office-based role focuses on optimizing transport management systems and delivering data-driven insights.

You will develop KPI dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, analyse operational data, and present business cases to drive improvements across logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Experience in transport and logistics.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Experience with system implementation or key user roles.
• Structured, curious, solution-oriented mindset with clear communication.
• Independent with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementation, optimisation, and improvement of transport management systems as a key user for operational teams.
• Support transport and warehousing activities to ensure reliable daily operations.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and templates using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare business cases, cost analyses, and improvement initiatives.
• Create presentations and insights to guide decision-making with stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners on processes and projects.
