Job summary

Bullet Express is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our logistics team and ensure customers receive a reliable, efficient service. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating deliveries and collections while working closely with transport and operations to keep shipments on track.

This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and transport.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouses and operations.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delays.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data.
• Process delivery documents and POD.
• Provide shipment status updates.
• Support planning teams to resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Identify process improvements.
