Key responsibilities include managing shipments, updating data, and communicating clearly with drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or management is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with drivers, depots and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate data entry related to shipments.
• Communicate updates with drivers, depots and customers to resolve queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operational flow.
• For experienced candidates, potential to take on management responsibilities.
