Job summary

Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking a Transport Coordinator based at our West Thurrock site to support planning of collections and deliveries. The role includes keeping drivers on track, resolving on-the-road issues in liaison with customers, and providing admin support such as order entry and cost control.

The position offers a Monday to Friday 8am-5pm schedule with a competitive salary based on experience and an employee pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Educated to minimum Higher Grade standard.
• Computer literate.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with our customer to assist in planning of collections and deliveries.
• Ensuring drivers are on track with their deliveries and collections.
• Dealing with problems drivers may have while on the road, liaising with the end customer.
• Administration support with tasks such as order entry, data input and cost control.
