GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport Administrator to perform vehicle debriefs, maintain stock accuracy and monitor daily equipment checks. You will relay key updates to delivery crews and foster strong relationships across transport, warehouse and Health & Safety teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and IT literacy, including Excel. Experience with transport systems such as Flexipod/Winsight, Vision and Telematics is advantageous.

• Experience with transport systems (Flexipod/Winsight, Vision).

• Conduct vehicle debriefs, ensure stock accuracy and check vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Monitor and record daily equipment checks for operational standards.
